Cancellation Policy 

To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling, LivWell has implemented the following cancellation policy: 
 

Consultation Appointments: 

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation appointment time will not incur any fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation appointment time will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled consultation appointment (no-show) will result in a $25 no-show fee. 
Follow-up Appointments: 
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will not incur any fees. 
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will incur a $5 cancellation fee. 
  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) will result in a $5 no-show fee. 
Exceptions: 
LivWell understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In case of a genuine medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We may waive fees on a case-by-case basis for documented emergencies. 
 
Payment: 
Cancellation and no-show fees will be added to your account and are due immediately. Methods of payment will be discussed at the time of scheduling.
